A special thank you to the friend that notified me about this unique contest, and everyone, please let me know if you know of any upcoming or yearly recurring art contests. Thanks!!! Homeschool Art Contest!!! (2014) Get the Full Jr. Duck Stamp Brochure that includes where to send in the artwork, waterfowl permitted species, all requirements for artwork submitted, plus links to the new curriculum guides. These guides are awesome! I received the Homeschool Education Guide, the Educator Guide, and the Youth Guide. The guides are free to download, and you may also contact your state coordinator to request one be mailed to you, (your coordinator is listed in the brochure). Even if you do not plan on submitting artwork, please download the guides: they have avenues for learning depending on the interest of the student. Art is just one avenue for studying waterfowl and wetlands; another avenues included in the guides are language arts projects and conservation projects in your community.
